YO GOOD MORNING CAPTAIN FUCKIN SLAPS like i knew that it was a good song but i spent today learning all of its parts. it has this really cool trick where it uses a pattern and then shows you a harmonising part but theyre played seperately throughout the track making it feel like the riff is evolving as the track goes on. Its not like ground breaking or anything but it's really nicely done. Theres also the bit towards the end where just before the drums go straight in the buildup where he just refuses to play the snare for like 2 whole bars. Then when the snare finally hits it feels like coming up for air, its fuckin rad. I have no idea why im writing this aside from to kill time so uh heyo lmao. I refuse to send this to anyone so if anyone finds it, good for you, dont tell anyone or i'll find you. I gotta go clean the dishes so i have space to make dinner and i really cbf, might just go for a bath and eat toast all evening
